Description
In this collection we provide the data connected to the following publication: ProFit-1D - a 1-D fitting software and open-source validation datasets Tamas Borbath1,2*, Saipavitra Murali-Manohar1,2 , Johanna Dorst1,3, Andrew Martin Wright1,3, and Anke Henning1,4 Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, 2021 This data includes basis sets simulated and used for spectral fitting. These were simulated for a semiLASER sequence, using real pulses for 9.4T. The following TE times are included: 24, 32, 40, 52, and 60ms. Together with the metabolite simulations also acquired macromolecular basis sets are given. The TestDataProFit_R3_new.tar includes all spectra used for validation of the fitting software. This data set includes simulated spectra in the 11 Simulations folder. These simulations contain all the parameter variations described in the publication. All other folders contain in vivo data, acquired with the aforementioned sequence in healthy volunteers at 9.4T. The volunteers are numbered through, and the different folders provide the spectra processed by different algorithmic steps. These can be used for test-retest validation.
